Returns: Consumers must check all products upon receipt. There is a 7 day return policy for any defective items. We stand by all of our items, and we will repair or replace any defective item within 7 days. NO EXCEPTIONS. We have 
the right to inspect all damaged goods, we will not replace items that have been damaged by a pet. We will not replace items that are custom made however, if they are damaged we will fix them.
Exchanges: We will gladly accept exchanges within 15 business days of receipt. Exchanges can be made for product or store credit. Exchanges will be made ONLY once product is received. NO exchanges will be accepted after 15 days, NO EXCEPTIONS. Exchanges can NOT be made on special orders. Shipping costs are at the client's expense.
Shipping: All products are normally in stock and will ship within 3-4 business days. We will always notify customers in advance if there are any items on backorder. Rush orders can be processed at an additional charge.
Payment: All orders must be prepaid by Credit Card (we accept VISA, MasterCard, and AmericanExpress) or cheque. Payment must be received before shipment of the item. If payment is by cheque, we must wait until cheque clears before shipping the items. International customers may also pay via Wire Transfer.
Minimums: Chloe's Canine Collection has NO minimums!
Pricing: All prices posted are subject to change without notice.
Sales: In order to receive sale prices/discount you must provide us with the coupon code located on the front page of our website, or on the sale flyer you have received. We have bi-monthly sales, always promoting different products. Be sure to check back often for our new offers.
Product: All pets must be supervised while using any product from Chloe's Canine Collection. We are not responsible for any injuries your pet may obtain while using our products.
Liabilities: Some of our collars and accessories at Chloe’s Canine Collection are meant to serve a fashion purpose, they are meant for well-behaved dogs that do not pull excessively. We are not responsible for any damage caused or loss of pet due to defect in our products. Owners must know their dog’s strength and properly judge if the collar will be sufficient for their dog.
